- Complete the evaluation and sign the attestation that you were in attendance. Exhibit G Evaluation Medicare PFS Cuts 12-10-20.pdf
- Email the evaluation to Alicia Mahoney @ mahoneya@bcmscomp.com and please indicate that you need the certificate of completion. She will send an electronic certificate back to you via email.
- Your state licensing board should have a list of required documents to qualify for an education unit and how to individually submit. Below you will find the documents typically requested. If additional documentation is needed please email Alicia Mahoney @ mahoneya@bcmscomp.com
Just because you are going Non-Par doesn't mean you don't have to be in compliance with Medicare regulations... or if you are forgoing Medicare patients all together, you still have to comply with other federal regulators (HIPAA/OSHA).
